2015-20:

The Program has submitted its new PC-1 (2015-20) amounting to Rs. 1920.820 million which is currently being processed/ scrutinized in Planning Commission.

2015:

Finance Division, Islamabad issued concurrence of 752 posts along with budget of Rs. 400.000 million which was later withdrawn on the pretext  of PSDP allocation for the Program.

2012:

The GoAJ&K decided to take the Program on its normal budget after the completion of Program in June, 2015.

2010-15:

ECNEC approved PC-I of Population Welfare Program, AJK in 2011, amounting to Rs. 1245.300 million.

2005-08:

PC-I of Reproductive Health Services Centers-A at tehsil level amounting to Rs.78.966

million and PC-I of Regional Training Institute in AJ&K amounting to Rs. 68.977 million were approved.

2003-08:

PC-1 (2003-08) of Population Welfare Program, Azad Jammu & Kashmir amounting to Rs.303.018 million was approved by ECNEC on 18th Feb, 2004.

1998-2003:

Population Welfare Program, AJ&K continued its services as a part of federal PC-1 (1998-03).

1993-98:

Mother & Child Health Care Population Welfare Services continued in Azad Jammu & Kashmir as a part of Federal PC-1(1993-98)  under  the administrative control of Health Department.

1983-93:

Family Planning Services were introduced in Azad Jammu & Kashmir as a part of the Mother & Child Health Care and Health Services during 6th and 7th Five Year Plan.
